I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Victoria, where I lead the Software Engineering Global interAction research Lab (SEGAL). Together with my graduate students and research collaborators we keep busy on research projects that study socio-technical and organizational aspects in software development. We focus on enhancing the collaboration and coordination in geographically distributed software projects. Check out my research page for recent publications.
In my other life I try to keep up with my three little ones, I listen and play music, I greatly enjoy the outdoors and to dance.
