My process for grading the final is the following: I open up all the booklets without looking at student names, then each question is graded seperately to ensure consistency. In the end I double check the scores for each question and sum them up. Only then do I look at student names. At this stage I check the names and enter the grades into the table bellow.

Because the scores on the final were lower than I expected on average I decided to add 3 bonus points to each student's final score. So your actual final score is whatever is in the table bellow minus 3 points.

Unfortunately the 4 students whose adjusted grade is bellow 20 will fail this class. I double-checked their exams and they definitely need to take this class again. This decision is final.
