Introduction:

Our team’s design on the student organizer is based on visibility and reduced complexity. The design will use minimal amounts of menus to prevent confusion. Any functionality available at certain stages of tasks will be made visible with buttons. It will be based on the intuition of the users from past applications. Therefore, like most applications, some prior experience will benefit the user in learning to use this application quickly. Our layout will be made clear by the categorization of various sections of the application such as to-do list, courses, and task-lists. The information required of the user is the data related to their course. This includes course names, tasks, grades, due dates, as well as customizing features as required (time frame of to-do list and courses to compile the list from). Further details are discussed in later sections of this document.
